for boarding and grooming are required to be current on vaccinations.
This is for the safety of your pet, our other guests, and our kennel staff.
Proof of Vaccinations required prior to check-in.

Dogs need to be current on:
Rabies (Certificate with Veterinarian's Signature),
Distemper
(usually a combination vaccine aka DHLPP),
Bordetella (also known as Kennel Cough).

Cats need to be current on:
Rabies and Feline Distemper
(usually a combo aka FVRCP).
**RABIES CERTIFICATE NOTE: **
Reminders, receipts or invoices are not
considered proof of Rabies by the dog warden.
The owner of a pet without proper documentation and our business will be fined and summoned to court.
Please
ask your vet about this form prior to your appointment.
PA Dog License:
All PA residents
must provide proof of current PA dog license or risk a fine from the dog warden.
Residents of
other states
need
not
apply for a PA dog license.
"Pennsylvania State Law mandates that all dogs 3 months of age or older must be licensed. Dog Licenses must be purchased by January 1st of each year REGARDLESS of when the license was purchased the previous year."
"State Dog Wardens may issue fines up to $300.00 plus court cost per dog for violation of this law." (padoglicense.com)

**Reminders**
All boarding dogs should arrive wearing a
properly fitted flat (non prong/pinch) collar.
This is for the safety of your pet and our staff.
We
cannot accept commercial food bags larger than 10lbs.
Food must be in airtight containers unless prepackaged in zip-top baggies.
